11 Bulgarian beaches and a marina are awarded Blue flag certificate this year for high quality, cleanness and safety. The beaches are certified by an international jury which includes representatives of  the World Tourist Organization and other prestige international bodies. This year as eco, clean and secure are selected the beaches in the resorts Albena, Sunny Day, Elenite, Dyuni, Sunny Beach – north, Sunny Beach – south, Pomorie – east, Sozopol – Harmanite, Burgas – North. For a fist year for the symbol is selected also the Central beach in Sveti Vlas. The resort has two other Blue flag beaches – New and East The Marina Dinevi yacht port is awarded again as the only marina with the certificate in the country.
