1,300 people visited Assen’s fortress in the first three days of 2021 alone, from January 1st to January 3rd. And the revenues from the sold tickets and souvenirs amount to the total amount of BGN 6,600.

The first tourists this year to see the cultural monument were a young family from Haskovo. As a surprise from the attraction, they gave me a free talk and did not ask them to pay an entrance fee

Only on January 2, 654 people decided to spend part of the day off in Assen’s Fortress. Throughout the past 2020, the tourists in the landmark were 63,086 people, and the revenues from the activities of the attraction – BGN 260,000. However, the guests were almost a third less than in 2019.
