From September 6th to September 10th in Plovdiv’s Lauta Park in Plovdiv will take place the Balkan Grill Festival Plovdiv. During the event, guests of the future European Capital of Culture will be able to enjoy the culinary masterpieces of chefs as well as native and Balkan artists.
The musical program for the first time will open with the favorite of generations Kanarite Orchestra, the Bulgarian folk singer Valya Balkanska and the famous folklore program of Ivelina Koleva, whose voice is in no way inferior to that of her sister –the folk star Preslava.
On Sept. 7, the audience will enjoy the with hot rhythms of Gumzata and the Vivio Montana Orchestra. On the 8th the most lucrative visitors to the festival will be the fans of the Serbian singer Boban Zdravkovic and the Greek star Jordanis Agapitos. On the 9th of September, the audience will enjoy Darko Filipovic and Dusica Grobovic. The last night is devoted to the rock music, and on the stage in Lauta will be the rock legends Signal and the group Horizon.
The program of the festival includes many surprises for the audience and interesting competitions. You can score strength in cards, your luck on a backgammon, to compete in a soccer billiard, a twister, a beer pong, or competition of fast eating of hot peppers and kebabs. The organisers prepared prizes for the best in the games.
There will be as well children’s free full-day animation, gymnastics, a snooker, as well as many sweet temptations. The entrance to the Balkan Grill Festival is completely free as the entrance to the concerts.
