From 2nd to December 4 in Sofia in the National Palace of Culture will be held the 4th Balkan Rakia Festival. It will be presented over 250 marks brandies and spirits. Rakia is actually typical Bulgarian brandy made from different fruits. The visitors of the Fest will naturally have the opportunity to taste different kinds of rakia and other spirits. And to be the first to taste some limited editions, boutique and vintage drinks, unknown to the local market.
The fans of strong drinks can try the products of Peshtera Winery, Villa Yambol, Vratchanska Temenuga, Sys Industries, Winery Karnobat, Winery Marash, Edoardo Miroglio, Distillery Isperich, Svishtov Winery, Cellar Karabunar, Blacksea Gold, Preslav winery, Winery Troyan and Macedonian brandy from Tikvesh. The company Geslin will present Turkish spirits, and Leopard Trading – Ouzo Plomari.
For the appetizers will take care the Serbian restaurant “Stefanovic” that will present Serbian grill. The opening hours of the festival are from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. The one-day ticket costs 15 lev or approximately 7,5 euro. The event’s program includes master classes, lectures and tastings. During the event there will be a store that will sell spirits producer price.
