A network for bikes will be build in the border are of Bulgaria and Romania. The program will allow the tourist who come to visit the region of one country to rent an electric bike for 3 hours and to discover the nearest attractions of the neighboring country. The bikes could be rented in 16 Bulgarian and the same number Romanian towns.
There will be 240 cycles divided between the two neighbors. The price for renting will be 1 euro for 3 hours. There will be build also 35 charging stations. The recharging will last for 4-5 hours and will be paid from the tenant. The speed of the bicycles will be factory limited to 25 kilometers per hour. Everyone who rents a bike will be able to travel at least 50 km with minimum efforts.
