Festival of Wine and Food 2014
For a second consecutive time at the Palace of Culture and Sports from April 25 to April 27 will take place the Festival of Wine and Food. The expo is organized by the Black Sea Vine and Wine Chamber, the association “Made in Bulgaria”, the Bulgarian Association of Sommeliers and wine connoisseurs and the Bulgarian Chefs Association. The idea of the exhibition is to continue the forgotten wine and food tasting traditions of the last century.
During the exhibition in “Mladost” hall various food producers and a number of wineries will present their production of different wines, cheeses, meats and other food products. Throughout the exhibition traders, hoteliers, restaurateurs, winemakers, tour operators and lovers of good food and wine will have the opportunity to share their experience and expand their professional contacts. In an area called “The Restaurant” chef Peter Yorgov and his team together with members of the Bulgarian Chefs Association will offer visitors special gourmet menu. The Festival of Wine and Food opens doors in the beginning of the tourist season at the Palace of Culture and Sports from April 25 to 27 April, 2014.
