Demonstrations of top chefs, lots of wine, music and good mood provide the program of the second Fish Festival, which will be held in Burgas on September 30th and October 1st. Those wishing to join the party should visit during the weekend “St. St. Cyril and Methodius ” square in Burgas.
Throughout the day, you can taste delicious fish and take a toast with classical Bulgarian wines. Tasting of the wineries begins at 10.30 a.m., at 1 p.m. and at 5 p.m. If you want to learn the subtleties in the preparation of seafood by watching the culinary demonstration of chef Ivan Zvezdev. He will prepare for the guests of the festival a delicious fish soup on a traditional Bulgarian recipe. At 12 o’clock the concert of duet “Burgas” starts.
