For the fourth consecutive year, free buses will transport during the weekend pedestrians, cyclists and mountaineers between Sofia and Vitosha Mountain. The two buses for pedestrians will depart from “Vasil Levski” stadium. The last stop is at the Golden Bridges natural phenomena in the mountain. The buses will depart from the stadium at 8 am and 9 am, and in the opposite direction from Golden Bridges – at 4 pm and 5 pm.

You will get on the bus is in the order of arrival and there is a list drawn at the station, because of the many willing to take advantage of the service. The Free Line will end its work on September 24th.

A specialized bus will carry cyclists only one way – to the mountain. Green line “Velo Vitosha” has a route “Hladilnika” – “Bai Krastyo” – “Aleko” hut, and a second bus will travel from NSA in Studenski grad to Bistritsa village.

Buses will take two courses, starting at their first stop every Saturday and Sunday morning at 8:20 am and at 10:30 am. The bus will travel on weekends and national holidays. Over the past three years, over 25,000 tourists and cyclists have benefited from free weekend buses.
