General Assembly FEMS/AEMH (17-19 May 2012), Resort “SUNNY DAY”

Bulgarian Medical Association organize a general meeting of FEMS (European Federation of Salaried Doctors), Plenary Meeting AEMH (European Association of Senior Hospital Physicians), Meeting of the Board of FEMS, board meeting AEMH, Conference FEMS and AEMH about working conditions in European hospitals. The above events will be held in the resort “Sunny Day”, in the period 17 to 19 May 2012. Events will be held in Conference Center of hotel Marina, Sunny Day resort. Participants at the event will be accommodated on special offer based on BB in hotels of Sunny Day resort: PALACE 5* (booking form) MARINA 4* (booking form) When booking the hotel, please specify name, flight details and indicate whether you need a transfer (group or individual, by bus or by car). By default, the transfer of individual reservations through our website is calculated based on individual transfer by car (priced at 120 euro for the entire vehicle, including up to four people), but especially for participants in the event we offer price for group-transfer Varna airport-SUNNY DAY-Varna airport for 20 euro per person. If you selected a group transfer for 20 euro (please mention this in the box Comments) upon confirmation of your booking from our side, you will get corrected invoice. In addition you can order buffet lunch (on 17.05) and/or dinner (on 18.05)  in hotel “Marina” (including local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) for 10,50 euro or in hotel “Palace” (does not include any beverages) for 13 euro per person. Please make a note for additional lunch/dinner in the field “Comments” upon making your reservation. Reservations and payments for accommodation in hotels by our special offer will be accepted no later than April 1, 2012.
