Grand Hotel & Spa Primoretz in the “Premium League” of the Wellness & SPA hotels in Europe
The management and the staff of the five-star grand hotel in Burgas do have a reason for joy and satisfaction from their work. After being certified back in 2010 by the European Audit Institute Wellness & Spa (EAWS), in June 2014 the hotel earned the certification for the second time thus defending the previously received certificate.
As the first and the only certified by the European Audit Institute Wellness & Spa (EAWS), the headquarters of which are in Bad Wildungen, Germany, Grand Hotel & Spa Primoretz reached the level “Premium Selection SPA”.
In order to receive the premium category of the European Quality Certificate, the five-star bijoux successfully met 850 criteria. This is the only international institute in Europe for standardization and development of spa and wellness centers and also the most authoritative evaluating organization in the world. At the Institute work world-recognized experts from Germany, Switzerland and Austria. They have the so called Public Seal, tied to the TUV Rheinland standards.
The Mystery Check and a comprehensive examination by special auditors confirmed the fulfillment of all criteria for certification – quality of services, guest-oriented approach, competence, food quality, facilities and services, level of room servicing and reception services as well as many more. Special attention has been paid to Spa Centre “6th Sense” and the treatments, massages, wellness and spa services offered in it. For team of the hotel, the quality and excellent service are at the heart of the good ambience. The aim is to meet the high expectations of customers at a reasonable price. From the hotel explained that Grand Hotel & Spa Primoretz belongs not only to the best hotels in Bulgaria, but also occupies a prominent place in the “Champions League” of the European hotels.
To achieve the goals set, the team of the grand hotel orders an international independent audit by auditors with rich certification experience across Europe and beyond. The Auditor General and a Deputy Director of the European Institute Horst Porala explained that he had rarely met such relatively new hotel, which in such a short time managed to receive and then to successfully obtain for the second time a “Premium” quality certificate.
