For a consecutive year, Green Rock Fest will be held in Rousse on 15 September. The purpose of the festival is to provide a forum for young rock bands. The ninth edition of the event will begin at 5 p.m. on the Svoboda Square in the city by the Danube. The entrance is free of charge.

Apart from young groups from Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania, legends of the Bulgarian and world rock scene will appear on the stage in Rousse. Among the guests of the festival is Milenko Matejvic, also known as Michael Matejvic. The American singer of Croatian descent is a frontman of the group Steelheart. He is known for his extraordinary vocal range.

In Rousse, the audience will also enjoy the Bulgarian rock legends from the rock group Tangra. In Rousse the audience will be celebrating with Constantine Markov, Stanislav Sanev – Stanley, Yordan Ganchev and the guest musicians Ivo Chalakov and Stefan Popov from “Gravity Co.”. Among the hits of the band are the songs “Our City”, “Wealth”, “The Love Without Which We Can not”.
