For the 6th consecutive year in Stara Zagora you will be able to learn from master bakers and local ladies how to make healthy bread yourself, how our grandmothers did it and what are the latest baking trends. To do this, you should visit the Bread and Wine Festival, which will take place on December 1st from 12 noon until the evening.
The event will again host the winter garden of Orpheiada Restaurant near Zagorka Lake. In addition to tasting pasta, visitors will also be able to try cool wines, including from the region. On the spot, everyone will be able to buy bread mixed with live sourdough.
Guest chefs and recognized winners in various competitions will demonstrate their skills. Of course, folk performances will also be absent. The Bulgarian music traditions will present the Kazanlak ensemble “Gudulitsa” and the ensemble “Nashentsi”. The ticket for the festival costs 5 leva, and all the proceeds from the entrance fees will be donated to baby Maya, who needs treatment for congenital muscular dystrophy.
