The hotel chain Hyatt opens its first hotel in Sofia. The luxury hotel under the brand Hyatt Regency will be located in the center of the Bulgarian capital in a close distance to the monument of Vasil Levski. It will operate with 190 rooms. There will be two restaurants, launch bar and sky bar with a great panorama view. Hyatt is developing also a concept for modern spa center with swimming pool, meeting and convention facilities.   In the new hotel will be invested 30 million euro. Its expected to open in the beginning of 2018. Hyatt Regency is one of the luxury brands of Hyatt Hotels Corporation with 155 hotels around the world.
