Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko with awards  from the World Travel Awards 2012

Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko won two prizes awarded by the World Travel Awards 2012 in the category “Leading resort in Bulgaria” and “Leading Spa Resort in Bulgaria” (Bulgaria’s Leading Spa Resort). World Travel Awards were established in 1993 to recognize the merits and achievements in all sectors of tourism and are known worldwide as a mark of excellence.

Recognition in the first category – “Lead resort in Bulgaria” is the second in a row for the hotel after receiving his first such award in 2008. Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko leads the list of  “Leading Spa resort in Bulgaria”.

Over the years the hotel has won five of nine awards at the prestigious category of World Travel Awards. Earlier this year, the Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko achieved a TripAdvisor rating 4.5 out of 5 and was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for 2012.

Grand ceremony of the annual awards of The World Travel Awards 2012 is one of the most important tourism events in Europe and held on October 6, 2012 at the Hotel Conrad Algarve in Portugal. During the gala dinner Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko was again recognized by all participants as a leader of the tourism market.
