THE LEVEL is a newly developed concept that is introduced on the Bulgarian market for a first time at Melia Grand Hermitage. It transmits the idea of a club that caters to guests in executive rooms – the level rooms and the suites. The concept was created to introduce and ensure a higher standard of service and attention to every detail of the Melia experience. In the year 2012 THE LEVEL has to offer more benefits and services than ever. The new services included in THE LEVEL program are:

• Complimentary printing and copying services and use of computer 50 % discount in “Al Dente” a la carte restaurant

The LEVEL Restaurant is an exclusive dining area restricted to the level guests only. It therefore offers quieter and cozier ambience  so the guests of THE LEVEL can enjoy their meal with pleasure listening to exquisite classical piano music. The restaurant is at their disposal throughout the day and serves meals according to the individual meal plan of the guest. It also differs from the main restaurant in the hotel by providing extended hours of the breakfast service. The restaurant corresponds to the five stars of Melia Grand Hermitage and THE LEVEL by offering tranquil atmosphere and unforgettable dinning experience. The table service and outstanding professionalism of our staff greatly contributes to the Melia experience that can be sensed in every area of THE LEVEL. The stylish decoration and pleasant scent of flowers will make your stay in THE LEVEL Restaurant unforgettable. The former Presidential Suite, currently THE LEVEL Lounge, is a stylishly decorated space providing relaxation, adult only area, that is available to guests of THE LEVEL throughout the day. The exquisite ambience and fine decoration as well as the airy and spacious terrace with view of the sea and the Thracian coast, are great attributes to the experience in the lounge. It offers comfortable seating and reading area as well as open bar in the afternoon serving imported liquors and coffee. THE LEVEL concierge is also at the disposal of the guests to provide them with any further information or assistance that they might require. THE LEVEL Lounge is open from 10 am until 10 pm. During these hours THE LEVEL concierge can give personalized assistance and further information according to the individual needs of the guests. The Level Reception is one of the newly offered facilities in THE LEVEL concept. It consists of waiting and check in area where the staff will welcome you and offer you any additional services that you might require during your stay. Since we take care of THE LEVEL guests until the end of their stay, they can enjoy the privilege of having separate reception and to use its services. The staff available at their disposal will accommodate them so they feel like  their journey is over even before they reach their rooms. A big advantage of the especially designated reception is that the long lines will not be part of the check in process – the area is restricted to the guests using THE LEVEL program. At the Melia Grand Hermitage from year 2012 a new outdoor area is introduced that is especially available to THE LEVEL guests, in addition to the pool area. The terrace has a limited entrance to a small SPA section with Jacuzzi.
