A new ethnographic-tourist complex will be built on the site of over 27,000 square meters of area in the Chengene skele area near Burgas. This is possible after the state cedes to the maritime municipality the ownership of nine properties. The project for the improvement of the area envisages the construction of a complex in which to present the traditional livelihood of fishermen.
There are picnic areas and walking areas, the construction of a promenade and a plaza. Another project will also include fishing ports, landing berths, fish markets and sheltered boat moorings nearby.
