A mass descent with folk costumes and Bulgarian flags on March 3rd

For a second consecutive year in Pamporovo will celebrate the Bulgarian national holiday March 3 with downhill ski runs in the resort. Everyone involved in the initiative must wear traditional folk costumes and waving the Bulgarian national flag. Skiers and snowboarders first descended from Mount Snezhanka, dressed this way last year.

Their flying along the track was accompanied by the melody of the Bulgarian national anthem. On the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the Liberation of Bulgaria this year, the event will fight for entry in the Guinness records for the most numerous skiing and snowboarding downhill with national flags and folk costumes.
