On September 2 in Gabrovo for the seventh consecutive year will be held the festival of paper lanterns. Hundreds of lighted paper lamps will illuminate the night sky of the famous in the past as the Bulgarian Manchester town. Every enthusiast may have included and conveyed to the heavens his most cherished secrets and dreams. The program will again include the F.I.M.S. group of spinners.
The girls and the guys from the group will light up the evening and make unique figures of flames. We promise you that the magic of the blazing figures will enchant you. Every year, the groups’ program is different, especially for the festival. The venue is at Vazrazhdane Squarein Gabrovo. The start is at 8 p.m.
The program includes musical warm-up, the launch of lanterns, followed by a fire show. There follows a traditional Bulgarian folklore group dance, as well as performances of local artists and other surprises prepared by the organizers.
