Food Festival in Premier Luxury Mountain Resort – Bansko
For a second time Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko organized Premier Food Festival. Well known brands in the field of gastronomy are partners of the festival.
Leading Bulgarian and foreign chefs, sommeliers, wine growers and delicacies will prepare for you a unique culinary temptations from the Greek, Sicilian, French, Oriental and Bulgarian cuisine. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn to make different types of coffee from the best baristas.
The festival will be held for three consecutive weekends from 1 November to 16 November at the restaurant “Ambrosia”, restaurant “Dionysus” bar “Nectar” and the exhibition area of the hotel.
One of the most interesting and notable events will be the presentation of Father Epiphanius of Mylopotamos. It will present many interesting recipes, and his book The kitchen of Mount Athon, which has been translated into over 10 languages.
