Russian ballet stars will dance on the Third International Ballet Festival in Bansko. Art lovers will be able to enjoy three ballet performances between 5 and 10 January in the Bulgarian winter resort. All performances are starting at 6 p.m. in community center “Nikola Vaptsarov. All performances will be presented by State Opera Varna.
During the first two days you can enjoy the show “The Nutcracker” with the special participation of Saori Koike, prima ballerina of the Kremlin Ballet. The performance is a fairy tale with the music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and the choreographers Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov.
On January 8 and January 10 the guests of the ski resort can watch the ballet “Don Quixote” with guest star Yegor Motuzov, prime soloist of the Kremlin Ballet. The music of the ballet is written by Ludwig Minkus. Choreographs are Sergei Bobrov and artist Christina Fyodorova.
On January 9, 2017 in Bansko will be performed “Giselle”. In the ballet you can enjoy both prima soloists of the Kremlin Ballet Saori Koike and Yegor Motuzov. The famous ballet is choreographed interpretation of Sergei Bobrov, Honored Artist of Russia.
