For the 25th time in Sandanski, will be chosen The king of wine. As such, the maker of the best young wine of the year will be crowned. The winner will be chosen by specialist oenologists. And although the king is only one, for all guests of Sandanski will remain the pleasure of the festival of the young wine, which starts on the 30th of December at 12 o’clock in the town square Bulgaria.

Everyone can try local varieties of young wines and buy a glass of mulled wine from the Christmas wooden houses on the square. The fiesta will be accompanied by Macedonian folk rhythms. Participation in the festival will be held by the folk groups Detelina, Strimano and Zdravka, the male folk groups from the village of Katuntsi, the band for old urban songs “Mladost” and Nikolay Kimchev.
