Scarecrow Competition in Etara

By April 30th, all enthusiasts can participate in the traditional Etar Open Ethnographic Museum Contest for the production of scarecrows. In the competition can take part both individual participants and groups. All scarecrows must be made of natural materials such as wood, straw, clay, textiles or paper. In addition, contestants should keep in mind that their creations will then be exposed outdoors, so they must be able to withstand various weather changes.

Creations must also be of human growth. Scarecrows will compete in five different categories – the most traditional, the funniest, the most artistic, the scariest, and for complete composition.
