SPIRIT of Burgas is the jinnee in the bottle which you will find on the coast of the Black sea, on the sands of the central beach in Burgas. This year you have to make it by August 12th late afternoon, or about 7 in the evening, so that you may open the bottle and set the spirit free. This summer too, the Spirit of Burgas will fly freely over the sands and the endless waters of the sea to breeze over the trees and alleys of the Sea garden.
