The resort St. Constantine and Elena in Bulgaria will host the Third congress of the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA Tourism / BUBSPA/. The complex will meet the global elite in the spa industry on 27th and 28th of September. Municipalities, investors, tour operators, experts, media and NGOs will discus there the future of the sector.
The new trends will presented by the President of the European Spas Association / ESPA / – Thierry Dubois and the board members of the ESPA from Italy, Slovakia, Romania, France, Germany, Lithuania, Estonia, Portugal. In the event will take part also mayors of the leading spa destinations in Germany, the Czech Republic, Portugal and Slovakia.
The forum will be officially opened by the Minister of Tourism of Bulgaria Nikolina Angelkova, and the mayor of Varna Ivan Portnih.
