If you want to have fun, listen to good music and learn new things do not miss the Summer Event – Karandila 2017. It will take place from 14th to 16th July in Karandila area near Sliven. The opening of the music scene is at 9 p.m. a concert of Drums and bagpipes. The evening will be continued with the performances of a group of Meszecsinka from Hungary and Daa Seed from Bulgaria.
On 15th of July, the music festival starts again at 9 p.m. with the Bulgarians from The Sensimillianz. There are concerts of Basska from Romania, Baildsa from Greece and Fanfarria Balkan Orchestra from Spain. Diverse groups will participate on Sunday. Good music, however, is just one reason to join the party.
During the festival, you can go rock climbing on the designated wall, immerse yourself in the world of illusions and spells, explore the possibilities of your body with air yoga, refresh yourself in the tea tent or in the bar, watch Documentaries and presentations of contemporary Bulgarian authors.
You can also learn a bit more about how to live a healthy and environmentally friendly life in a big city, how to make a verdant herb garden, to paint, dance and join various races and workshops.
There is also a varied program for the youngest in the children’s playground. At 2 p.m. on July 14th, a workshop is planned for spoon knitting and making 3D sea stars. From 04.30 p.m. is the start of a mini circus spectacle, and from 6 p.m. starts a theatrical puppet show.
On Saturday, at 9 a.m., start the workshops, followed by a puppet show, a juggling studio, a clay sculpture school, mini circus spectacle and team games. On Sunday there are also children’s workshops scheduled, puppet theater performances, and juggling workshops. The tickets cost 35 leva or 17 euro. Young people up to 16 years of age attend the festival for free, but with a companion.
