Until June 15 will last, the contest organized by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works in Bulgaria, which searches for the most beautiful views along the Danube River in the country. The size of the photographs should be between 2 and 6 megabytes, and the pictures must be taken in the last year and a half. For the participants, many incentives are provided, and the top 3 winners will receive bigger prizes. But the ministry refuses to disclose so far what exactly will be the gifts for the winners.

You can upload your photos to fotodanube@mrrb.government.com. It is obligatory to specify the name and address of the author of the photo, contact phone number, age, and describe the location of the photograph. Some of the photos will be shown at a special exhibition of the “Lovers’ Bridge” in Sofia. It will be held in October in the framework of the Seventh Annual Danube Strategy Forum to be held in the capital together with a meeting of tourism ministers.

In addition, the photos will be shown at a special exhibition in Ruse, which will be opened by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Nikolay Nankov. The aim of the contest is to discover the most beautiful places along the Danube, shot in the Bulgarian section along the 370km between Vrah and Aydemir and to show them to the general public.
