The government has announced tenders for concession of the beaches in Burgas, Primorsko and Sozopol. Each of the strips will be made available for management for a period of 20 years. The concessionaire on the Sarafovo beach of the state will owe a minimum of BGN 45 502 excluding VAT each year.
The minimum fee for Kavatsi-South beach in Primorsko is BGN 55 581 without VAT and for the Devil’s River 1 strip – BGN 19 049 excluding VAT. Concessionaires on all three lanes are obliged to clean the strip, provide lifeguards, and services of public interest without violating the requirements of the law.
