Hotel Holiday Inn Sofia, which is part of the chain “Intercontinental Hotels Group”, has the pleasure to announce that the campaign “Renovation of Holiday Inn” in Bulgaria has finished.
Intercontinental Hotels Group had published it’s plans for the campaign in the end of 2007. Initiative was with impressive measures – only for the change of the logo, which is seen from 100 million people annually are invested 50 million Euro. Changes in all objects were planned be completed in 2010.
In Bulgaria “Renovation of Holiday Inn” began in August 2008 as a part of the worldwide campaign of Intercontinental Hotels Group. The renovating of the company’s logo and the whole outlook of the hotel took 9 months. The investment cost over 100 000 Euro.
Program has started with a month of education of hotel’s staff in the spirit of their new slogan – “Let’s stay true”. It will be illustrated also with new distinctive signs of the hotels from the famous chain – modern design, consisted with the identity of the brand, new arrangement in hotels lobbies which will bring the feeling of more space, new and original lightning in different colors, unique fragrance (the same in all hotels), specially selected music, changes in rooms design, planting, outlook of the reception desk, etc. Thus, creating even more comfortable, cozily and modern environment which will predispose additionally guests in addition to improved customer service. Worldwide clients will look for the typical for Holiday Inn atmosphere.
