The best chef of Velingrad will be determined during a competition, part of the third edition of the Culinary Fest. The event will take place from 10 am to 6 pm on 8 June at Nikolay Gyaurov Square in the city. The audience will also be able to meet with the best chefs from the Bulgarian Association of Chefs.
In front of you, they will reveal the secrets of the molecular cuisine. During the festival, you can try crunchy shrimps with basil and lime foam, coconut espuma with elderberry and cherry caviar, tapioca chips with lyo beets, liquid spheres of cheeses and lemonade of lyophilized mint bugs.
Fun games, quizzes, racing for the quickest drink of a glass of beer, turning a pancake and wearing an egg in a spoon and culinary presentations are just part of the rich program of Culinary Fest Velingrad 2019.
