You can try high-quality Belgian chocolate combined with local Bulgarian wines on February 22 at the international exhibition Vinaria / Winery / 2017 at the International Fair Plovdiv. Over 300 red and white grape elixir will compete in a battle for the grand prize – “Golden Riton” of the jubilee 25th edition of Vinaria.

A jury of 25 members will evaluate the quality of the contestants. This year the competition involved about 50 wine producers from Bulgaria, Moldova, Macedonia, South Africa, Azerbaijan, Russia, France, Italy, Portugal, and Turkey. Winners will be announced in “The Night of the Golden Rhyton” which is traditionally held on the first day of the exhibition – on February 22, 2017. The event itself, however, continues to February 26.

For the first time in the international specialized exhibition, there will be a further distinction for wine from the local variety. Besides wine, at the Winery, you can try different types of spirits and wine brandy. You can try the combination between different kinds of wine and chocolate on February 24, 2017, from 13 hours in the tasting room of the 11th Chamber of the International Fair Plovdiv.
