If you are a wine lover or want to learn a bit more about the native Bulgarian producers and trends in the world of grape, be sure to visit the EnjoyWine 2017 spring bazaar in Sofia. It will be held on 22 and 23 April in restaurant “Bulgaria”, which is located at Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. 4. 22 Bulgarian wineries will present their masterpieces. The entrance to the tasting and the exhibition is free of charge.
At the first spring bazaar you can taste the wines from the cellars Zagrey, Villa Melnik, Villa Vinefera, Trastena, The Little Star, Prisoe, Maryan, Bratanov, Sala steite, Rupel, Orbelus, Vila Justina, Shato Kopsa, Orbelia, Karabunar, Dragomir, Staro Oryahovo , Monastery, Borovitsa, Sirona, Nisovo and Via Verde. From 12 o’clock on 22 April, every even hour during the bazaar will be held a training for beginners who make their first steps in the world of wine tasting. At any odd hour, you can join fun games. You can take part in wine cocktails at 5 p.m. From 12 a.m. to 2 p.m. you can enjoy folk performances of the Vedritsa group, led by Yordanka Gizdova, a former soloist of the Mysteries of the Bulgarian Voices. As well as the performances of the children’s folk group “Smiley”.
