The fans of the opera will have the opportunity to enjoy interesting performances completely free during the Bansko Opera Fest. The performances in the mountain resort will be held every night from 23rd to 25th August. The performances will begin exactly at 08.30 pm. The first night the artists from the State Opera Stara Zagora will open the festival with the concert “The Classic Meeting ABBA”. The hits of the Swedish group will be performed by the lady’s duo Mania.
On August 24, the audience will be able to enjoy the opera ” La Boheme” once again presented by the Stara Zagora Opera with conductor Naiden Todorov. Among the soloists, you will be able to hear Milen Bozhkov, Rusy Nikov, Nina Bozhkov and Ivaylo Dzhurov.
During the last night of the festival, you will fall into the fairy tale of the musical “Zorro” at Varna State Opera. The legendary love story is echoed by the music of Gipsy Kings. The audience will be able to watch stunts, sword struggles, and enjoy the rhythm of hot flamenco. Petko Bonev’s production will be conducted by Stratsimir Pavlov.
